Spinningfields, located in the heart of Manchester, is a vibrant area that’s also the city’s financial centre. We partnered with Time Limit Interiors and CBRE to complete the office fit-out of a well-known Spinningfields based IT company.
At Gralyn Joinery we designed, manufactured and installed various bespoke joinery pieces for the Spinningfields office refurbishment in order to create a modern, comfortable and agile workplace.

Time Limit Interiors, who oversaw the Spinningfields office fit-out, came to us for our joinery services due to a very tight project schedule. Our comprehensive creative process allowed us to deliver our work on time and on budget.
At Gralyn Joinery we consulted with Time Limit Interiors every step of the way to ensure we delivered the exact joinery pieces they needed for their clients’ office refurbishment.
We worked to create high-quality joinery products that could be used everyday in a busy, agile working environment. We ensured the materials and colours we used were on-brand and complemented the rest of the refurbishment features.
1. Consultation
An initial consultation allowed us to discuss the brief with our client and talk through their joinery needs.
3. Quotation
Following the survey we supplied a detailed quote with different design and material options prior to sign-off.
2. Survey
We then carried out a full site survey, which enabled us to produce detailed drawings of the joinery projects.
4. Deliver
We then worked with our clients’ feedback and design notes to create the premium joinery pieces they were looking for.
Site Features:
At Gralyn we designed, manufactured and installed all the joinery pieces at the Spinningfields office fit-out location. The bespoke furniture pieces included: 3 custom-made seating booths, feature TV walls, a slatted wood partition wall, breakfast bars and a locker wall.
The bespoke seating booths feature large architectural hoops, manufactured by Poplar Products, which were fabricated using specialist powder coated mild steel tubing.
The slatted partition wall provides a statement feature within the office space and was created using birch wood due to its strong, robust characteristics and light aesthetic.

The Results
The office fit-out in Spinningfields was running on a very tight schedule, however we still managed to produce many integral joinery pieces that surpassed our clients’ expectations. By working in collaboration with Time Limit Interiors, we created a workspace for the future that is completely on brand and ready for agile working.
